We serve businesses, individuals, and nonprofit organizations, focusing on the key areas of confidence building, interpersonal communication, people management, and team culture. Our core services include coaching, training, and facilitation.
Rooted in our core values, our team combines generous listening without judgement, quickly identifies pain points and opportunities, and partners with our clients on a path to success.
The Thirlby Company is located in Denver, Colorado, but works with clients in and outside of Colorado through both virtual and in-person engagements.

Jill began working with The Thirlby Co. in January of 2022. As a certified coach, Jill helps her clients build authenticity and unwavering confidence, and live life on their own terms. Jill is a childhood cancer survivor and amputee. Learn more about her here.
About Our Founder & CEO, Margie DuBois
Prior to launching The Thirlby Company, Margie (she/her) served as a nonprofit executive for 12 years, including local and national leadership roles with Rebuilding Together and Reading Partners. Having worked with numerous corporations and community organizations throughout her career, Margie is able to leverage a broad set of skills, experiences, and connections in her work.
In Denver, Margie is a graduate of Leadership Denver, a volunteer with Salute Colorado, and a former state board member of the Tony Grampsas Youth Services Board.
Outside of work, Margie is an avid reader, hiking enthusiast, and sports junkie. She loves laughing and spending quality time with her friends, husband, and son.
Margie graduated Magna Cum Laude from St. Olaf College with an English Major and Media Studies Concentration, and received her Nonprofit Management Certification from the University of Washington (Seattle). Margie is a certified professional coach, trained by iPEC.
