True confidence isn’t about being the loudest voice in the room, or having all the answers. It’s built through practicing emotional intelligence, courage, and effective communication — especially in moments that feel uncomfortable or uncertain.

Through training, speaking, facilitation, and coaching, we help people build the human skills that deepen self-awareness, strengthen relationships, and make the spaces they belong to stronger, kinder, and more alive.

  • Margie’s Spark Sessions are interactive, one-hour experiences designed to build confidence, connection, and shared understanding. These sessions introduce practical language and tools that help people reflect on how they show up, relate to one another, and contribute to the spaces they’re part of.

  • Our coaching helps you build confidence in your life and career. We offer 1:1 coaching, small group experiences, and retreats designed to support meaningful growth over time. Clients may work with Margie DuBois or another trusted coach on our team.

Margie founded The Thirlby Company in 2020, after leading teams for 12 years. As a leadership trainer, speaker, facilitator, confidence coach, her passion is helping people see their potential, and giving them the skills to become confident leaders of their work and lives.
